Were they really made for walking?
Shoes were manufactured to protect the human foot, and for decorative purposes or so I always thought. They come in different designs, shapes, colours, sizes, heels and wedges. They can also make or break an outfit. Manufacturers constantly find themselves under pressure to upgrade footwork so at the move with the times. The better the shoe, the deeper the digging into the consumer's pocket. Some argue that cheap is better and comfortable while others argue that expensive is better and lasts longer. Different strokes for different folks I guess. Let's embark on a shopping expedition for these interesting accessories that were meant for walking. Remember if the shoe fits...buy it.

ReplyDeleteThanks for an easy and light read, the shoe topic is really an interesting one. My personal interest is in gorgeous shoes that always turn out to be expensive, not that I ever get to purchase them, more like shoe-pornography, just indulgence. I opt for the cheap shoe that is ok looking and comfortable but always tends to disappoint me when the heel comes off or the glue wears off, unintended flip flops. Then it's the hunt for glue...ohh my shoe...I suppose it adds fun to my days.
